Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Dayang & You. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if customers are not satisfied with their purchase. Our items are carefully inspected by the team before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.


RETURN POLICY

We do not provide refunds.  You can only change for another product within 7 days of receiving the good provided it is UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price difference, you have to pay the difference.

Buyer will bear the cost of delivery, returns and taxes if applicable. Any product that you want to change for is subject of availability. You must contact us within 3 days after receive the goods and return the items within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
