1. General

Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid Internet Banking / credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.   

Please take note that, the color for some products that appeared in this website might be slightly different due to lighting effect and your screen setting.


2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.


3. Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site will be processed using eGHL (will be available soon), which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.


4. PROMO and Reward Points
PROMO and Reward Points provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.


5. Delivery
Kindly take note that we will process all order within 3-5 working days after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


6. Shipping

SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • Delivery will be made using PosLaju Malaysia and Pos Malaysia International (for overseas order). All delivery will be supplied with a tracking code to track your shipment.


DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

  • Delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available. We usually ship within 3-5 working days after confirmation of payment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in Poslaju's tracking system. Poslaju normally keys in tracking code at the end of the day.

RECEIVER'S RESPONSIBILITY

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. Dayang & You can only ensure that we ship to the correct address supplied to us during checkout process. It is advisable to consider having work/office address as receiving address over residential address. 
  • Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate because we are unable take responsibility with inaccurate information.


SHIPPING NATIONWIDE IN MALAYSIA

  • We ship throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM8.00 (included GST) onwards. Sabah and Sarawak is RM12.00 (included GST) onwards. Shipping charges are quoted based on weight (or order quantity) and will be automatically calculated during checkout.


DELIVERY DURATIONS.

  • Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 7-14 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 14 business days (depending on courier service provider). Our working day is Monday to Thursday.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently not available.


7. Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We do not provide refunds.  You can only change for another product within 7 days of receiving the good provided it is UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price difference, you have to pay the difference.

Buyer will bear the cost of delivery, returns and taxes if applicable. Any product that you want to change for is subject of availability. You must contact us within 3 days after receive the goods and return the items within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

IMPORTANT

All SALE and 'on offer' items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
